Privacy Policy

Blockfuel Rush · Last updated: August 26, 2026

Blockfuel Rush ("the App") is developed by NextAd ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

The App has no email/password accounts and no social sign-in. It never asks for personal information such as your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

Nickname & leaderboard. You choose a display nickname (up to 16 characters). That nickname, your best distance (in meters), and weekly ranking distance totals may be shown on a public online leaderboard. To keep your leaderboard entry tied to your device, the App creates an anonymous Firebase Auth ID — a random identifier not linked to your real-world identity. Leaderboard data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore.

On-device data. Progress and preferences stay on your device unless you publish a leaderboard score: best distance, in-run upgrades / soft currency, coach completion, sound and vibration settings, and similar local flags. They are erased when you uninstall the App.

Analytics. We use Firebase Analytics to measure app engagement, gameplay flow, and reliability. Analytics events may include app launches, screen or feature usage, run starts and finishes, distances, combo milestones, leaderboard interactions, language settings, and general device information such as device model, operating system version, language, and country/region.

Attribution & marketing measurement. To understand which marketing campaigns bring players to the App and whether those players engage with it, we use Adjust, a mobile measurement partner. When you install and play, the Adjust SDK may send:

This information is not used to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with data from other companies to build an advertising profile about you.

The App does not show ads, does not contain in-app purchases, and includes no third-party advertising SDKs beyond Adjust for install attribution.

On iOS, Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork may report an install to the network that referred it, without identifying you.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to run the public leaderboard, attribute installs to marketing campaigns, measure how those campaigns perform, understand gameplay and leaderboard engagement, and fix problems. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you individually.

3. Third-Party Services

Leaderboard storage, anonymous authentication, and app analytics are provided by Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Analytics). See How Firebase uses data and the Google Privacy Policy.

Attribution and marketing measurement are provided by Adjust, which processes the identifiers and event signals described above as our service provider. See Adjust's Privacy Policy.

Device vibration uses the platform haptics API on-device only; it does not send data to us.

4. Sharing of Information

Your nickname and best score are visible to other players on the leaderboard by design. We do not sell your information. Firebase and Adjust process the information described above as our service providers. Limited attribution results — for example, that an install came from a particular ad campaign — may be shared with the advertising network that referred that install so campaign performance can be measured.

5. Network Access

The App uses the internet to sync leaderboard scores with Firebase, send app analytics to Firebase, and send attribution measurements to Adjust. The core runner + vault loop works offline; without a connection the leaderboard degrades gracefully.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Your Choices

On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads. On iOS you can limit tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Uninstalling the App removes all data stored on your device.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

Data stored on your device remains until you clear it or uninstall the App. Leaderboard entries tied to your nickname remain until you ask us to remove them. Attribution records held by Adjust on our behalf are retained no longer than needed for marketing measurement, in line with Adjust's retention settings.

To request deletion of your nickname, leaderboard entry, analytics data, and attribution records associated with your device, email dev@nextad.ai with the subject line "Delete My Data — Blockfuel Rush". Please include your nickname and, if possible, your device's advertising ID so we can locate the records. We will action the request within 30 days.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

10. International Users

Leaderboard, analytics, and attribution information may be processed on servers operated by Google and Adjust in the United States, Europe, and other countries.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
